<strong>Scholarship for Latin American Nuclear Medicine Physicians, Residents, and Professionals or Technologists Related to Nuclear Medicine<\/strong>, aimed at supporting participation costs for the <strong>WFNMB 2026 Congress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the scholarship is personal and non-transferable, and will not be awarded if the recipient does not attend the congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-00a0740\" id=\"eligibility-requirements\" data-block-id=\"00a0740\"><style>.stk-00a0740 {margin-top:40px !important;}<\/style><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Eligibility Requirements<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-5, #008C78);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Submission and acceptance of a scientific abstract<\/span><\/strong> at the WFNMB 2026 Congress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-5, #008C78);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Country of origin:<\/span><\/strong> They must be citizens of Latin American countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be <strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-5, #008C78);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">40 years old or younger in 2025<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-5, #008C78);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Educational level<\/span><\/strong>: Eligible applicants include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nuclear medicine physicians or professionals and technologists<\/strong> in related fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nuclear medicine <strong>residents<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Students enrolled in medical specialization, master\u2019s, or doctoral<\/strong> programs in related areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Undergraduate students are not eligible<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-a0b188a\" id=\"application-process\" data-block-id=\"a0b188a\"><style>.stk-a0b188a {margin-top:40px !important;}<\/style><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Application Process<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Applicants must express their interest in the scholarship <strong>when submitting their scientific abstract<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/barcelo.eventsair.com\/PresentationPortal\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FPresentationPortal%2Fwfnmb-2026%2Fpresentation-portal\"> through the official platform <\/a>of the World Congress of Nuclear Medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the following documents must be uploaded as a single PDF file:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-5, #008C78);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Proof of nationality from a Latin American country<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-5, #008C78);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Valid identification<\/span><\/strong> showing proof of age <strong>(40 years or younger)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-5, #008C78);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Proof of current enrollment<\/span><\/strong> in studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Selection Criteria<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Scholarship recipients will be selected by a committee appointed by the organizing entities, based on the highest scores obtained in the evaluation of the submitted scientific abstracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-ceddeb6\" id=\"number-of-scholarships\" data-block-id=\"ceddeb6\"><style>.stk-ceddeb6 {margin-top:40px !important;}<\/style><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Number of Scholarships<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"selection-criteria\">The total number of scholarships available will depend on budget availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 class=\"stk-highlight\">Registration fee<\/span><\/strong> for the WFNMB 2026 Congress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-5, #008C78);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Financial stipend<\/span><\/strong>, depending on the applicant\u2019s nationality:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Latin American applicants (excluding Colombia):<\/strong> USD $800 in cash, delivered on the first day of the Congress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Colombian applicants:<\/strong> USD $400 (in local currency), transferred to the
